These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Novel2Images website, services, and applications (collectively, the "Service"). Our Service transforms stories, novels, and other text inputs into immersive visual art, such as character portraits, dynamic scenes, and interactive maps, using artificial intelligence.

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

Novel2Images provides users with tools to input textual content (such as excerpts from stories or novels) and generate corresponding visual representations using AI. Features may include the creation of character portraits, scenes, and interactive maps. The Service is designed to offer an instant, high-quality visual storytelling experience.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

Upload any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party.
Upload any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to your User Content and to grant Novel2Images the rights to use your User Content as described in these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

User Content

You retain all ownership rights in your User Content (the text you input). However, by submitting User Content to Novel2Images, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Content in connection with the Service and Novel2Images's (and its successors' and affiliates') business, including for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Service.

Generated Visual Content

The visual art, images, maps, and other content generated by the Service based on your User Content ("Generated Content") are owned by Novel2Images. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Novel2Images grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Generated Content for your personal, non-commercial use. For any commercial use of Generated Content, you must obtain prior written permission from Novel2Images.

Service and Trademarks

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content and Generated Content licensed to you), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Novel2Images and its licensors. The Novel2Images name and logo are trademarks of Novel2Images, and may not be copied, imitated or used, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. Novel2Images disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Novel2Images does not warrant that: (a) the Service will meet your specific requirements; (b) the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; (c) the results that may be obtained from the use of the Service, including Generated Content, will be accurate, reliable, or appropriate for your needs; (d) the quality of any products, services, information, or other material obtained by you through the Service will meet your expectations; or (e) any errors in the Service will be corrected.

AI-generated content can sometimes be unexpected or imperfect. You acknowledge that Generated Content is created by an AI and may not always align perfectly with your input or expectations. We are not responsible for any inaccuracies or misrepresentations in Generated Content.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Novel2Images and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (c) any content obtained from the Service, including Generated Content; or (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to delete your account.

9. Governing Law
